I am in business to make a profit. I dont believe there is such a thing as a superficial business, since all businesses were founded or created to make a profit for someone. The difference to me is what level of expertise, honesty,and integrity you demonstrate in the process of making that profit.

 

My mission statement in the real estate business is to help customers/clients in achieving their dream of home ownership, or assisting them in the saleof thier home, educating them to the market expertly and honestly, understanding their needs and wants and making their real estate experience as gratifying and pleasant as possible.

Formal training in HVAC, plumbing/electrical-LHS Vo-Tech.

18 years of business experience as president of JJR Enterprises and TUS National.

Completed MACS CFC-12 training.

Personal Background:

I was born in Hoboken , NJ. Lived 10 years in Union City, 7 years in Linden, 1 year in Seaside Heights, then moved to Sayreville where Ive been ever since. I learned how to work on cars at around the age of 9 or 10 with my father at his shop. I picked up drumming at about age 13, became a professional multi-percussionist for roughly 5 years with extensive experience ranging from Afro-Cuban, Caribbean and other latin style rhythms to Soul/R&B, Hip Hop, Rock&Roll, and Jazz. I Started my family at that time. Then, I started my first business, JJR Enterprises, about 2 years later started my second business, TUS National, and 4 years after that I started my third company, Habana Transport.

 

The three companies are where I gained the most valuable knowledge and experience in business, such as negotiations, sales, accounting and record keeping. I took up martial arts in that time also for about 5 years. Then, I went on to get my NJ Real Estate license and joined the Coldwell Banker team.

I am equally fluent in both English and Spanish.
